Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your chalet by 10 a.m. On certain days arrival and departure is not possible. We will give you more details on this when you make your enquiry.

Deposit

As soon as your booking in our luxury chalet in South Tyrol is confirmed, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booking value by bank transfer. The reservation is only considered binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Privacy is guaranteed with us: Please note that at Alpurio, it is only possible to book the entire chalet for up to 8 people, not individual rooms.

Security deposit

A few days before your arrival you will be asked for a mandatory security deposit of €5.000, which will be charged to the credit card. You will receive a form to fill in where you can enter the details of the credit card from which we will reserve the right to carry out only a pre-authorization, that is, a temporary block of the aforementioned amount and not a concrete charge. This amount will then be released at the end of the stay following the necessary checks and in the absence of damage in the entire chalet. The period for issuing the pre-authorization varies depending on the issuing institution, 72 hours up to 21 days. In case of transaction problems, you will be asked to make a bank transfer.

In our luxury chalet we accept the following payment methods: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club.

Green mobility

The garage features a charging station for electric cars.

Local tax

The local tax per person and night amounts to €2.80 (for persons who have reached the age of 14).

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees applied in our luxury chalet:

• Cancellation with at least 60 days’ notice: 30%; refund is not applicable in case of non-refundable rates
• 50% from 59 to 22 days prior arrival date
• 100% from 21 days prior arrival date or in case of no-show or early departure
• 100% in case of non-refundable pre-paid rate

Rate information

• Basic rates are per day a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. Our private chalet can accommodate 2 additional children, the calculation of the supplement will be sent by the hotel upon request
• It is possible to book only the entire private chalet exclusively and not the individual rooms
• The minimum stay required is 7 nights
• In the early and low season, the minimum stay is 3 nights
