Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your chalet by 10 a.m. On certain days arrival and departure is not possible. We will give you more details on this when you make your enquiry.

Deposit

Once your booking in our luxury chalet in South Tyrol has been confirmed, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the booking value by bank transfer or credit card. Your reservation will only be considered binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Your privacy is guaranteed: Please note that with Alpurio it is only possible to book the entire chalet for up to 10 people, not individual rooms.

Security deposit

A few days before your arrival you will be asked for a mandatory security deposit of €5,000, which will be charged to your credit card. You will receive a form to fill in with your credit card details and we reserve the right to make a pre-authorization, that is, a temporary block on the above amount and not a specific charge. This amount will be released at the end of your stay, after the necessary checks have been carried out and provided there is no damage to the chalet. The time taken to issue the pre-authorization varies from 72 hours up to 21 days depending on the issuing institution. In case of transaction problems, you will be asked to make a bank transfer.

In our luxury chalet we accept the following payment methods: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

Green mobility

The garage features a charging station for electric cars.

Local tax

The local tax is €2.80 per person per night (for persons over 14 years of age).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges apply in our luxury chalet:

• Cancellation with at least 60 days notice: 30%, deposit is non-refundable
• 50% between 59 and 22 days prior to arrival
• 100% less than 21 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show or early departure
• 100% in case of non-refundable pre-paid rate

Cancellation insurance

We recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Rate information

• Rates are per day for a maximum occupancy for up to 10 people. Our private chalet can accommodate 2 additional persons, the calculation of the supplement will be sent by the property at the time of enquiry.
• It is possible to book only the entire private chalet exclusively and not the individual rooms
• The minimum stay is 7 nights
• In early and low season, the minimum stay is 3 nights
