Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your chalet by 10 a.m. On certain days arrival and departure is not possible. We will give you more details on this when you make your enquiry.

Deposit

Upon confirmation of the booking, a 50% deposit of the total booking value is required by bank transfer. The deposit is non-refundable. The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Booking

Your privacy is guaranteed: Please note that with Alpurio it is only possible to book the entire chalet for up to 10 people, not individual rooms.

Security deposit

A €5,000 security deposit is required by credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be released following departure, subject to the terms and conditions of the stay.

Payment options

In our luxury chalet we accept the following payment methods: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

Green mobility

The garage features a charging station for electric cars.

Local tax

The local tax is €3.60 per person per night (for persons over 14 years of age).

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

• At booking: 50% deposit required, non-refundable.
• 45 days prior to arrival: Remaining 50% balance due; 100% cancellation fee applies
• No-show / early departure: 100% of the total booking value charged.

Cancellation insurance

We recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Rate information

• Rates are per day for a maximum occupancy for up to 8 people. Our private chalet can accommodate 2 additional persons, the calculation of the supplement will be sent by the property at the time of enquiry.
• It is possible to book only the entire private chalet exclusively and not the individual rooms
• The minimum stay is 7 nights
• In early and low season, the minimum stay is 3 nights
